ProTec Services offers a 12 month warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. Who
will install my system?
ProTec Security employs highly trained technicians
who will install your Home Security System. What
if I move?
We offer a 'Free Move Pledge' that says if you are moving to
another location in the Upstate, we will remove your system and re-install it
at your new home. If you are moving to another state, simply call a local SecurityPro
Dealer to install your system. How
long will it take to get service?
We provide 24-Hour Same-Day Service. Will
I be monitored by a third party as with most companies?
NO! We own and
operate our own UL - approved Central Station located locally in Greenville, SC.
